The Refurbished Legislature Building
If you look carefully, it appears that they are adding a glass-windowed extension in the middle in contrast to the traditional look the rest of the building has.

As far as I know, that is not a glass extention being added, but something temporary as the exterior is being refurbished/renovated... this article gives a bit of information about it:
One of my favorite parts of doing this is being able to naively observe events in this city without foreknowledge. Always an interesting contrast between what one imagines and what perhaps really is.
