Rosemont Art Gallery - Exterior and grounds (part one)




For those of you unfamiliar with the most common creature on the praries, this is a gopher. Or at least it's an artist's rendition of a gopher.

I just found your blog, great to see so many familiar places. Do you think people prefer to see the familiar over the exotic? By the way, this "gopher" is a actually a beaver. We settled a debate about it by simply looking at the plaque beside it. The title of the sculpture is "Beaver".
