I like these shots, one the one hand I feel I am walking around your city, but I keep wondering, is it very flat? is it in a little valley? I can't get the feel for the terrain. It feels like the wide open spaces.

These are all from a 6 hour bike tour I took of the city. The city is very flat; we have two small hills, both with man-made pasts. The surrounding prarie is also flat. You can see the city come up on the horizon as you drive towards it, and it's the highest thing you can see (the tallest building is perhaps 15 stories tall).
