Where was this photo taken from and when?
Friday December 8th, around 8:43am. It was taken in Regina, looking southeast.
Wow - 30 years of living in Regina I can't say I ever saw anything like this (now live in Toronto). Is there any other info on what this is?
Heh,,, looking close to the Russian smoke stacks one might see from some homecity in Norway ;)
