I'm not sure why, but we're flying 3 flags on Albert Street bridge currently.

I grew up under the Union Jack in Regina. I am enjoying this site which I found quite by accident today. Thank you! I left Regina in 1961 and have many fond memories of my youth there. So many things have changed.
